I had my physical therapy evaluation and first treatment today.  The therapist confirmed that I do have limited range of motion in my left hip.  My treatment is 5 min on an exercise bike to warm up, followed by about 6 or so different stretching exercises.  Unfortunately no fun stuff like massage or hot packs! 😦  I have to go two or three times a week for a month and then I should be back to semi-normal.  The therapy office is across the street from my work, so at least it’s convenient.  Chemo again tomorrow…

Sounds like a plan to me….. stick with it.

Too bad about the massage :)☹

  2. Massage and heat packs will come, wait and see. And hey, it still counts as exercise!
